CONTEST MECHANICS

 

1. The contest ​is open to all Filipino residents, 18 to 60 years old.

2. Contestants must submit entries via online registration on Gemar international’s Official Website, https://www.gemar.com.ph.

3. Participants must Like and Follow Gemar International’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts, and must be an active Follower of the accounts. In addition, participants are encouraged to share Gemar International posts with the following hashtags: #RadiCoolFilm #GemarInternational #GemarInternationalPhilippines

4. Each contestant may submit only one (1) entry.

5. The slogan entry must be:

- Original and made by the person who submitted it

- Maximum of 20 words

- Must be relevant to the Mission and Vision of Gemar International

6. Contest Period is from November 11 to December 23, 2019.

7. Deadline of submission is on December 13, 2019 at 11:59 PM.

8. The 20% tax on the Grand Prize and People’s Choice will be shouldered by the winner.

 ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS AND CLAIMING OF PRIZES

 

1. Judging of entries will be on December 23, 2019, 1:00PM at the Gemar International Office.

2. Winners will be announced via online streaming on Bantay OZW, DZIQ Radio Station.

3. Winners will be notified via e-mail and contact number provided.

4. Winners must present the following to claim their prizes:

         - Valid ID with picture and address

         - Official text or email notification, or printed out notification.

5. Winners must claim their prizes at Unit 503/505 5th Floor, Lasema Building, Sampaloc cor Estrella Street, San Antonio Village, Makati City within sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification, or risk forfeiture.

PROVISIONS FOR INVALID ENTRIES

 

1. All decisions made by Gemar International are final, and no correspondence will be entertained without the concurrence of the DTI.

2. Gemar International reserves the right to disqualify anyone who does not follow instructions, and tampers with or submits entry already used by other companies.

3. Employees of Gemar International, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the contest.
