About Radi-Cool


      The Radi-Cool radiative cooling metamaterial features a high solar reflectivity and a high-infrared emissivity accros the atmospheric window. It establishes an efficient radiative heat transfer channel between the object and the cold Universe. Without additional energy input, the metamaterial cools object even under direct sunlight.

Radi-Cool Zero-Consumption Cooling Technology is a patented technology in USA, China, and all other Southeast Asian countries. The first product line was set up in Colorado, USA, while the massive product line was set up in China, and now Gemar introduces it to the Philippines.


Radiative Cooling Technology

      Heat is continuously transmitted to the cold Universe in the form of infrared thermal radiation through the atmospheric window. It can cool an object 30 degree Celsius lower than its temperature at a given time

Qinzhou Wine Warehouse

  • Located in Qinzhou, Guangxi Province of Southern China.

  • The indoor air temperature is maintained at 20±2℃ while the ambient temperature is frequently above 30 ℃ for much of the year from April to October; the roof temperature can reach over 60℃ in hot summer days.

  • Radi-Cool transparent films were installed on Windows in July 2018 for Phase I and 8,000 Radi-Cool reflective film will be installed on the roof for Phase II.

  • The only free zone port in western China, an important window for economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN 

  • The wine warehouse occupies an area of 8600m2, with an indoor temperature of 20 ± 2 ℃, the temperature of the color steel roof is over 60 ℃, which results in huge power consumption. Radi-Cool’s first commercial project.

  • Phase 1 was done (Transparent Radi-Cool Film on windows), Phase 2 is under application on 11,000 sqm roof.
